Another great muffin is the mini-muffin, a perfect bite-sized treat. And when you’re making up a batch of homemade muffins, the mini-muffin pan helps you stretch your batter much further for a lot more tasty treats to share.

The pans I own came as a set of 2, which is probably the minimum number of pans you need to make these special desserts. They’re very sturdy, plus the 2-layer nonstick interior coating eliminates the need for flouring pans, so your baked goods come out with a nice smooth finish.
